Biography

Margaret (Mags) Ritchie is currently working as Administration Manager, for the Centre for Social Impact at the UWA Business School.

Mags's key roles include 1)Support the planning and delivery of complex administrative and operational activities across the team, enabling excellence in teaching, research and events; 2) Coordinate key financial activities for the team, including budget monitoring, invoice processing, acquittals, and reimbursement workflows; 3) Centre Director diary management; 3) Coordinating complex travel logistics for team members; 4) Providing support of the Undergraduate Course and providing advice on the Graduate Certificate in Social Impact; 5) Liaising with other areas of the University, applying sound knowledge of the team’s activities and priorities; 6) Work with the CSI National Office to meet reporting requirements and maintain consistent communication



Prior to her current position Mags worked at UWA in the Accounting and Finance Discipline as Administrative Officer in the area of Unit Support and also undertook the administration of the Indigenous Business, Enterprise and Corporations Conference. Her roles included unit support for the academics in the discipline, support to the team manager and supervision of staff.

Prior to commencing at UWA, Mags worked in a temporary administrative post in Sydney and before that worked for 11 years for the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland in the School of Education as an Administrative officer.

Mags has a Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management from the University of Paisley, Scotland.
