I have worked as a UWA Librarian since 2011, working as a Librarian across the Science and Health and Medical Sciences Faculties in particular. I have a particular interest in educational learning design, in particular in working with Unit Coordinators to identify the research skills and information resources students will need to develop to excel in their discipline area.
In August 2018 I commenced a position as a Learning Designer within the UWA Education Enhancement Unit (EEU). This will be a great opportunity to extend on my interest and passion for supporting Unit Coordinators to develop the best learning experiences for their students.
Prior to joining UWA I worked for the State and Public Library sectors in Community development roles creating community literacy programs and events which aimed to connect our client groups to the rich content our libraries offer.
