Biography

With 20+ years of professional experience, Lorraine has worked in a variety of roles in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. She has worked as an external consultant, providing services to clients in the education, resources, agriculture and banking industries. She has also been an internal organisational advisor for a global service provider.

As an endorsed Organisational Psychologist, Lorraine is experienced in using surveys, interviews and focus groups to understand the root causes of complex organisational issues. She designs, delivers and evaluates evidence-based interventions for: (1) individuals, (2) teams and (3) organisations. Her work has included personality, wellbeing, mental health at work, team dynamics, leadership, culture and psychosocial hazards.

Lorraine applies her extensive practitioner experience to aid students in the Masters in Business Psychology and Masters in Organisational Psychology apply academic knowledge to real-life workplaces.

As a Board-approved supervisor, she provides supervision for Masters in Organisational Psychology student placements and for two-year registrar program required become an organisational psychologist.
