Biography

Lisa led the WeedSmart project since its inception in 2013 when industry agreed to unite in a campaign to sustain herbicides and developed seed traits by delivering a stewardship project with one voice.  Uniting WeedSmart's industry and research partners in the face of a growing resistance problem presents many challenges.  More recently, WeedSmart has welcomed membership from mechanical manufacturing partners, ensuring Weedsmrt continues to be funded to deliver both chemical and non-chemical messages to keep herbicides working for longer.
