Lelinh Duong is an early career research fellow at the University of Western Australia, with an interest in ageing immunology and macrophage biology.
She completed her PhD at Curtin University in 2024, with a thesis titled “Investigating the underlying mechanisms behind macrophage dysfunction in the elderly tumour microenvironment” in the Ageing Immunology Lab, supervised by Connie Jackaman. In her previous group, she also examined immune disturbances in dysferlinopathy, particularly in the context of ageing.
Lelinh recently joined the Lucas Group, where she is expanding her research to include drug allergies and the impact of plastic exposure on human health.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
