Biography

Kylie is an experienced company director.  She has extensive banking and structured finance experience gained through roles as Business Development Director of a national strategic financial advisory company, Director of a large NFP and early career in property finance and corporate banking, both in Australia and overseas.   Kylie is a scholarship winner from WA Government for Emerging Female Leaders, a Fellow of FINSIA. 

Kylie's PhD examined Australian IPO short and long term return performances for small and large IPOs.  Her thesis was called 'Small, early-stage IPOs listing on the 'hybrid' venture capital/ASX main board exchange: Investigation into IPO first-day discounts, long-term performance, localised ecosystems and WA's financial risk tolerance.  She is a published expert in ASX IPO's and US comparatives
