Kaylee is a PhD candidate in Medical Physics and a recipient of the Forrest Research Foundation PhD Scholarship. She completed a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Software Engineering and Physics, followed by a Master of Physics (Medical Physics).
Her research focuses on applying artificial intelligence to PSMA PET/CT and Lu-177 SPECT/CT imaging in prostate cancer. She is developing automated tools for lesion segmentation, radiomic feature extraction, and personalised dosimetry, with the aim of improving response assessment and enabling more individualised treatment strategies.
She has a broader interest in integrating these automated imaging workflows into clinical practice to support scalable, data-driven approaches to cancer care, with the aim of improving outcomes for patients with prostate cancer.
