Biography
Katina Toufexis is the Coordinator of Research Data in the Research Publication & Data Services team at the University of Western Australia (UWA) Library. In 2011 Katina made a career change from the laboratory where she worked as a molecular genetics researcher in neurodegenerative disorders, across to the library where she specialized in research data management on a broader scale for UWA. She currently coordinates the Integrations and Research Data Team which administers the UWA Profiles and Research Repository (Pure); the UWA instance of REDCap; and the UWA Research data Hub (ReDBox).
