Biography

Dr Kate Wang is an adjunct senior lecturer at the UWA School of Allied Health, Pharmacy. She is also a lecturer (pharmacy) and early career development fellow at RMIT University, and research pharmacist at Alfred Health.

 

Dr Wang's research interests include primary health care, pharmacy pratice and digital health. She is currently the supervisor to 4 PhD students, 4 masters by research and 6 honours students. Dr Wang is also an active contributor to the research and pharmacy profession, including being members of the PSA early career pharmacist community of special interest leadership group; the Australian Deprescribing Network Public Engagement subcommittee; the Australian Association of Gerontology working group committee; International Pharmaceutical Federation and the Australian health literacy community of practice group.
