I am a biologist and professional scientificwriter, with more than 10 years of experience writing for publications like Nature, The Lancet, Australian Geographic, National Geographic, and others. I have published over 300 articles, and worked as scientific editor, writer, research officer, project officer, academic lecturer, and demonstrator for leading institutions, such as The University of Western Australia, Telethon Kids Institute, Perth Children Hospital, and the Harry
Perkins Institute of Medical Research.


I hold a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota and a PhD in Biological Sciences from The University of Western Australia.
