Biography

Dr Julian Roche has designed agricultural derivative contracts and has worked with the World Bank, commodity exchanges and the private sector on developing country agricultural risk management issues. For several decades he has also delivered international management training on agribusiness and finance. His recent consultancy work with UNCTAD focuses on the international trade policy of developing countries.
