Personal profile

Biography

I grew up in Victoria (the Kinglake area) and went to Yea High School in country Victoria. I then attended La Trobe University where I completed a BSc (Hons) majoring in pure mathematics, before moving to UWA to do a PhD under the auspices of Cheryl Praeger and Tim Penttila. From 2004 until 2006 I held an APD research grant (with Tim Penttila) and then I spent nearly three years in a research position at Ghent University (Belgium). From 2012 until 2016, I was an Australian Research Council Future Fellow.
