Biography

Dr Smith is an implementation scientist who has an extensive program of implementation science work conducting implementation science research in both Australia and the UK.  Dr Smith focuses on the speedy translation of research evidence into clinical practice and is passionate about the development of rapid approaches applied to complex system-level and behaviour change research. Dr Smith places primary emphasis on designing interventions with people, not for people by applying his novel methodology that embeds consumer and community involvement.
