Jerry is a geologist with more than 13 years of profesional experience. His experiences span from the mining industry to academic environments where he held senior project geologist, mine geologist and resource geologist roles to lecturer at university. He has attained a BSc - Geology from the University of Papua New Guinea, an MSc from University of Western Australia, a Graduate Certificate - Education (Academic Practice) from the James Cook University, and is currently undertakeing PhD studies at the Centre for Exploration Targeting, University of Western Australia. Jerry's PhD project intends to establish source, nature, timing and evolution of ore forming fluids and the processes leading to formation of mineralised breccia pipes near Porphyry Cu-Au systems.
Jerry's carreer interest lies in mineral exploration for Cu, Au and other metalliferous deposits in porphyry, epithermal, carbonate-base metal and orogenic Au deposits.
