Biography

Dr. Jane Chong holds a PhD and Master's in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Western Australia (UWA), where she is a Lecturer and Organisational Psychologist Registrar at the School of Psychological Science. Her expertise includes work motivation, newcomer socialisation, and age diversity and inclusion. Capitalising on her scientist-practitioner background, Dr. Chong collaborates with organisations to conduct rigorous research and implement practical solutions that enhance the employee work experience.
