Research interests

Dr Jae-Eun Noh is Postdoctoral Research Associate with her PhD in International Development. Her research has explored development practices from human rights perspectives. Jae-Eun's recent publications examined the contextualisation of development discourses, SDGs, global citizenship education, corporate accountability, international fieldwork, development ethics, and helping professionals' health and wellbeing.

Jae-Eun's research and publications are influenced by her extensive experiences in development NGOs in Korea and Bangladesh. Her current research projects focus on emotions in development policies and practices, gender equality, and cosmopolitanism.
