I hold a Diploma of Project Management (Australian Institute of Management, WA) with a career spanning 20+ years in various industries, 12 of those years with The University of Western Australia.  My current role is the Business Support Specialist for the UWA Centre for Human Lactation Research and Translation. 

I consistently demonstrate my ability to streamline operations, optimize resources, and achieve sustainable growth. My role includes overseeing financial operations, implementing efficient processes, and fostering collaborative teams to achieve corporate objectives. One of my key strengths is my ability to cultivate high-performing teams. I recognize the value of collaboration and mentorship in achieving organisational goals. My leadership fosters a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among my team members.  I also have extensive experience navigating interactions with research in industry, and extensive experience using REDCap, a research data capture survey system.
