I am a conductor, musicologist, and orchestral librarian, currently working in Research Publication and Data Services at UWA. In my role as an Information Specialist (Research Assessment), I am an administrator of the UWA Profiles and Research Repository (Pure), and a specialist in the curation and reporting of the University's research and its metrics. I have held a variety of positions across UWA since 2018, in the Library, with IT, and at the Conservatorium of Music.

As a musicologist, my interests include the works of John Adams, minimalism, medievalism, contemporary opera, and the cultural history of castrati and countertenors. As a performer, I maintain an active profile as an orchestral and operatic conductor of music from the Baroque through to the present day. I have commissioned and premiered more than a dozen works for orchestra, and conducted the Western Australian premiere of numerous other pieces.

Since 2023, I have been the Music Director of the South Side Symphony Orchestra and also a Conductor and Artistic Advisor for the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. I was previously Founder and Artistic Director of the Perth Orchestra Project, and Music Director of the Gilbert & Sullivan Society of WA. I am an alum of the WASO Emerging Conductor’s Program, and the Melbourne Youth Orchestra's Conductor Development Program.
