Glynis Jones is the Associate University Librarian (Library Engagement and Experience) at the University of Western Australia. She is responsible for a broad portfolio including the delivery of library services from the UWA Libraries, as well as the academic engagement with faculties, schools, research centres and institutes. The portfolio also encompasses the provision of research, teaching and learning support services including information and research skills development, information, reference and inquiry services, student IT support, collection development and management of the physical Library collections including lending services.

Glynis is a librarian with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering services to meet the information needs of staff and students in higher education. Her professional interests include library spaces design and management, information, research and digital skills development, service evaluations, staff development and workforce planning. Glynis has a focus on using evidence to inform practice to enhance the student experience and maximise student success.
