Personal profile

I have substantial experience in health and medical research, research development, breast cancer and translational research, project management and clinical trials. My previous roles include that as an independent researcher in epidemiological research (paediatrics), psychology and psychological assessments (primarily pediatrics) and project management. I have also worked some years as a senior research officer in breast cancer and palliative care research. More recently I have been utilising my broad set of skills gained in over two decades in research to develop funding opportunities in Government and industry to leverage senior researchers in Health and Medical Research.  My objective is to continue to provide high level support to leverage up researchers who can 'make a difference' to health care and to patients' experiences and translate their research into policy and practice. I am privileged enough to have found a niche where my job provides me with the opportunity to meet my personal objectives.
