Roles and responsibilities
Geraldine is a part of the Student Services Team at the UWA Business School. The key purposes of the Student Services team are to provide ongoing support and engage with students during their initial transition into higher education and throughout their University journey. This includes raising student satisfaction, success and achievement across all programs and groups of students.
Her responsibilities within this team include supporting both undergraduate and postgraduate students during their studies at the Business School, offering tailored course advice and knowledge, assistance with study plans, enrolments and timetables, delivering information to new and prospective students and providing a high level of administrative support.
Geraldine has a special interest in the MBA suite of programs.
