Gary commenced employment with UWA in January 2006 as General Manager of the University Club before being promoted to Director, Venues Management in Janaury 2012.
Gary has 40 years experience in hospitality management and has worked in leading Hotels and Clubs in South Africa, Taiwan, Malaysia, UK and Australia.
Gary commenced his working career in hotels where he advanced to the role of Group Executive Chef for 16 hotels, before transition to Clubs, in which he has over 25 years experience as General Manager.
