Florian Klonek, PhD is a Postdoc at the UWA Business School and the Centre for Transformative Work Design. In his research, Florian has used video-recordings to study socio-interactional and motivational dynamics in a variety of organizational and social settings (e.g., teams, leader-follower interactions). He uses observational instruments to shed light on the temporal dynamics of social behavior and aims to better understand the transformative role of work design in creating more productive interactions.
