Biography

Fiona Roeslim is currently doing her Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance at The University of Western Australia. Her Ph.D. focuses on management control systems, the role of incentives, delegation, decision-making and innovation. Fiona is also an academic tutor for Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. 

Fiona has received the the UWA International Fee Scholarship (UIFS) and UWA Postgraduate Award (UPA) for 2021. She was also awarded first class honours in 2018 and received the 2018 Phillip Brown Scholar Award.
