Biography

Emily Camins teaches International Humanitarian Law and Law in Action at UWA Law School. Her PhD on the legal responses to victims of armed conflict (submitted in January 2023) received an Honourable Mention on the Graduate Research School Dean's List. Emily also holds a BA/LLB (Hons) from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of International Law from the University of Melbourne.

Research interests

Emily's main research interests include reparations for victims of armed conflict, international humanitarian law, international human rights law applicable in armed conflict and transitional justice.
