Elena Vazquez Melendez

Elena Vazquez is a PhD candidate in the School of Business at the University of Western Australia. Her research focus is on the adoption of blockchain technology for the food supply chain from a consumer perspective in Australia.

Prior to her PhD candidature, Elena has a vast experience in the industry and academic domains in solving complex managerial and organisational problems with a Master of Business Administration background. Elena has provided consulting data analysis for C-level executives to improve managerial decisions. She has also coordinated the logistics operations of a leading airline.
