Biography

Elena Limnios holds a PhD in organisational resilience from the University of Western Australia, where she is currently serving part time as Assistant Professor specializing on co-operative and mutual enterprise management. She has taught at UWA and through the Australian Institute of Management and written about Marketing, Small Business, Entrepreneurship, Co-operative Strategy, Governance and Financing in journals and books. She holds various awards for her academic and teaching achievements. Elena is also a registered Civil Engineer with Engineers Australia, holds an MBA and Masters in Engineering, both with High Distinction. She has experience in town and city planning, project management and extensive exposure to the WA real estate and development industry, as well as the agribusiness sector, having assessed some of the largest agricultural co-operatives in Australia.
