Biography
Daisy is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, studying statistical models for ion channel gating. Separately to her PhD, she works with the Institute for Paediatric Perioperative Excellence (UWA) and the Perioperative Medicine Team (The Kids Reseearch Institute Australia) on statistical analysis of clinical trials in children's perioperative care. She completed her Masters in Physics (theoretical physics) at UWA in 2020, and her Bachelor of Science (Physics and Chemistry) in 2018.
