Personal profile

Biography

An accomplished lecturer with extensive experience in academic teaching and research with a specialisation in business studies. I am passionate about creating highly engaging, innovative course content and delivering both theoretical and practical workshops to support students in building their real-work capabilities. I possesses excellent interpersonal skills and have established strong relationships with the community, professional associations and industry bodies that can be leveraged to drive positive research outcomes. My research focuses on change management in increasingly turbulent external and internal environments through which universities within Australia, as well as globally, are operating in. More specifically, my research has considered dynamic capabilities within a university context; a topic that I found had received relatively little attention and empirical research in the academic literature.
