Biography
Azadeh is an experienced clinician, researcher and healthcare leader with over two decades of experience driving innovation in service delivery, clinical care and health system improvement. She is passionate about solving complex healthcare challenges through interdisciplinary collaboration, value-based care, and sustainable service design that improves access, equity, and client outcomes.
Her work focuses on developing and implementing integrated, decentralised models of care that bridge clinical practice, research, and operational leadership with excellence. Azadeh has led multidisciplinary teams across allied health disciplines, designing collaborative frameworks that improve client experience while improving service efficiency and sustainability.
Her contributions to healthcare innovation were recognised in 2022 when she was named a finalist in the WA Premier's Science Award for her work proposing a value-based care model to improve quality and outcomes in cochlear implantation. Her research continues to explore scalable service delivery models that improve accessibility, sustainability, and outcomes across healthcare systems.
