Biography

I have been working at the UWA Business School for over twelve years as an administrative assistant. I started to work in Economics, Management and Organisation/Marketing department as level 3 administrations assistant. I gained the position through the UWA cultural diversity programme, soon got promoted to level 4, AA position in Economics discipline. During my years of employment, I have seconded to work in HR department as Web support officer for a year.
I have many years of experience in office administration work within various industries whilst employed in the UK, Japan and in Australia.

During this time I developed strong marketing communications and strategies, cultural differences, creativity, language, IT, clerical and problem solving skills. I enjoy challenges and meeting people and adapt easily to new environments.

I really enjoy playing sports and I am a keen martial artist. I am an instructor of Tae Kwon Do and had achieved ITF Australian Female Sparring Championship in 2005.
I am also a successful drummer of Japanese Taiko Drum group called “Taiko On” and have been performing wide range of occasions in WA.
