Biography

Dr. Anu Jolly is a Lecturer and Organisational Psychologist at the UWA School of Psychological Science, where she also obtained her PhD and Master's in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. With a strong focus on good work design, Dr Jolly's research aims to understand how redesigning work can foster ethical decision-making and mentally healthy workplaces. Driven by her passion for evidence-based practice in organisations, Dr. Jolly continues to collaborate with organisations in the healthcare and social assistance industry (e.g., aged care, disability care, and foster care) to implement and evaluate participatory work redesign interventions for better mental health.
