Biography
I joined the WA Centre for Rural Health as a Project Officer in August 2024, where I have had the opportunity to contribute to various grant applications and assist with the planning and execution of community events.
Prior to WACRH, I worked as a Clinical Nurse for the WA Country Health Service in Community Health. My expertise included immunisations, sexual health, Rheumatic Heart Disease and ear health.
In addition to my role as a Clinical Nurse, I also worked 1 day per fortnight as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Pilbara Public Health team. During this role I conducted clinical audits studying the prevelance of resistant gonococcal infections.
I have lived in the Pilbara for almost 7 years.
