Biography

Dr Alpay Ersozlu currently works at the Graduate School of Education, the University of Western Australia. He also served as an assistant professor at Gazi University, Gaziosmanpasa University and worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Scholar at North Carolina State University and the University of Taipei. Before his academic career, Dr. Ersozlu served as an Electric-Electronic Technologies Teacher for ten years at the Vocational and Technical High Schools. Dr. Ersozlu’s research focuses on educational leadership and technology, specifically educational technology for school leaders, organizational behaviour, and organizational change, with a particular focus on leadership development. In addition to international publications, Dr. Ersozlu has many book chapters and is also co-author of a book.
