Alice’s background includes leadership in business administration and healthcare, where she developed and implemented systems for team training, service delivery, and stakeholder communication. With experience across government, higher education, and private enterprise, Alice brings a disciplined and adaptable approach to complex environments, strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to foster collaborative relationships.
