Biography

Currently, I am working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the UWA node of Australian Plant Phenotyping Network where I will perform high-resolution, automated phenotyping to monitor plant growth, stress responses, and physiological traits in real time.

As a PhD researcher at the University of Western Australia, I worked on a project titled "Unravelling heat-stress tolerance in bread wheat: Insights from flag leaves and spike tissues". This project involves conducting controlled environment experiments, proteomics, agronomic traits data analysis and visualization, and scientific writing. I also have experience as an Agriculture Scientist at Hydrobe, where I contributed to field trial design and carbon assimilation statistics in controlled environment.
In addition to my research experience, I have a strong academic background in plant sciences and clinical molecular genetics. I worked at CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, did Bachelor of Science in Life Science from University of Delhi, India, and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from South Asian University, India. My skills include agronomics traits analysis, proteomics, phenomics, integrative data analysis and visualisation, and scientific writing. I am passionate about advancing our understanding of crop physiology and its applications in improving climate resilience for a sustainable future.
