Economic geographer working at the intersection of the resources industries, climate change and regional development.
My works explores the economic dynamics shaping resources industries, especially mining, and how these influence regional development in the face of a globalising economy and a changing climate. My research is particularly focused in critical mineral industries, such as lithium and copper, which key in the transition to green energy technologies.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
