Biography

Adam is a theoretical astrophysicist, working on problems relating to galaxy evolution within the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research.  He uses simulations of the Universe to study the formation of galaxies, and models how these might be observed with telescopes, allowing for fair comparison to real data, thereby testing the underlying theory that goes into the simulations.  He is the current recipient of the Jim Buckee Fellowship at UWA.
