Biography

Adam is a Lecturer in Public Policy, focusing on comparative politics and public policy. He completed his PhD at the University of Melbourne in 2017, with a thesis that compared the politics of health care and pension reform in the United States and Sweden. Adam continues to conduct research on the translation of political ideas into public policy, including on health care reform in the United States, antimicrobial resistance policy in Australia and the UK and pension reform in Sweden. His work has been published in journals such as Policy & Politics, Public Administration, Policy Sciences and The Journal of European Social Policy.
