Biography
I completed my BSc (Zoology) at The University of Western Australia (UWA), during which time I developed an interest in behavioural ecology and evolutionary biology, particularly sexual selection. This eventually led me to obtain a MBiolSc (Zoology) at UWA, where I investigated the impacts of female mating-status on choosiness in the vinegar fly (Drosophila melanogaster). Now as a PhD student, my research will focus on the cowpea seed beetle (Callosobruchus maculatus).
