Biography
Dr Kenny Yang is an Honorary Fellow at the University of Western Australia, and holds dual appointments as Deputy Head, School of Legal Knowledge and as Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Singapore Attorney-General's Chambers.
Kenny graduated with a Doctor of Juridical Science from the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Master of Laws from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class) from Murdoch University. Kenny is a Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Attorney-General's Chambers (Singapore). He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the High Court of New Zealand, and the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is also an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.
Kenny has experience in teaching criminal law, tort law, legal research & writing, business law, and introductory law units at universities in Australia and Singapore. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His research and practice interests include criminal law and alternative dispute resolution.
