Rachel Wicking

Rachel Wicking BA, Dip Ed, MEd (Monash University), taught English in Secondary Schools for ten years in Melbourne, Australia before moving to the Middle East where she became Head of English, then later Deputy Principal of a large, international school. During her twelve years living in the Middle East, Rachel developed an interest in the impact of cultural differences on secondary education. This was the subject of her Masters thesis. Rachel is currently a lecturer at the University of Western Australia and holds the office of Professional Practice Coordinator (secondary education).
