Biography
Frank Morgan has qualifications and experience in criminological research as well as 'hard science'. His PhD thesis on repeat burglary victimisation was awarded with distinction in 2007 at UWA. He also has a Masters Degree in Mathematical Physics, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics, from Adelaide University
