Equipments Details
Description
Lionheart FX from Agilent is an automated microscope suitable for high content screening and live cell imaging.
Imaging modes: brightfield and fluorescence
Magnifications: 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X
Channels:
•DAPI (365 nm excitation)
•GFP (465 nm excitation)
•TRITC (554 nm excitation)
•CY5 (623 nm excitation)
The microscope has an inverted configuration, and is fitted with an incubator for environmental control.
The instrument is controlled by Gen5 software for high-quality image capture, processing, and analysis. CMCA’s iPRIME licence for Gen5 includes advanced analysis options.
