    Description

The 5 laser Cytek® Aurora spectral cytometer uses full spectrum technology to enable the use of fluorochrome combinations without having to reconfigure the system which increases the flexibility for researchers. The Aurora can resolve challenging populations including those with high autofluorescence or low levels of marker expression. Delivering the highest quality high-resolution single cell data in assay containing up to 40 colours with the capacity for more.
The Cytek® Aurora was funded by Channel 7 Telethon Trust and the UWA Rolling Research Infrastructure Fund.
