Description

Single-cell RNA-seq profiling of >275,000 Arabidopsis thaliana root tip cells across five ecotypes (Col-0, C24, Cvi-0, Ler, and Ws-2), three mutants (aba2-3, pyl11458, and scr-3), and multiple growth conditions, including two water potential stresses (drought). This record contains part (2/2) of the Seurat objects associated with the samples described in the manuscript ‘An environmentally responsive dichotomy in cell lineages of the root’.More precisely, it includes:- the atlas for Ler root tip cells (integrated_ler_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for Ws2 root tip cells (integrated_ws2_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for pyl11458 mutant root tip cells (integrated_pyl11458_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for scr-3 mutant root tip cells (integrated_pyl11458_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for the control 100% water condition in the drought experiment (integrated_drought_100percentH2O_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for the 50% water condition in the drought experiment (integrated_drought_50percentH2O_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for the 20% water condition in the drought experiment (integrated_drought_20percentH2O_predicted_id.rds)- the object containing the RL4209 sample, in which roots were grown through agar (object_RL4209_col_through_agar.rds)
