Single-cell atlas of the Arabidopsis root tip - part 1

Single-cell RNA-seq profiling of >275,000 Arabidopsis thaliana root tip cells across five ecotypes (Col-0, C24, Cvi-0, Ler, and Ws-2), three mutants (aba2-3, pyl11458, and scr-3), and multiple growth conditions, including two water potential stresses (drought).

This record contains part (1/2) of the Seurat objects associated with the samples described in the manuscript ‘An environmentally responsive dichotomy in cell lineages of the root’.More precisely, it includes:- the main Col-0 root tip atlas (integrated_col_atlas.rds)- the atlas for Cvi-0 root tip cells (integrated_cvi_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for C24 root tip cells (integrated_c24_predicted_id.rds)- the atlas for aba2-3 mutant root tip cells (integrated_aba2_3_predicted_id.rds)
