Scott Reef April 2015 SUNTANS Data

This dataset contains output from the 3D hydrodynamic model SUNTANS capturing Scott Reef (North and South) and surrounding waters. The non-hydrostatic ocean model was implemented on an unstructured grid with horizontal mesh resolution of <100m near the reef bathymetry and increasing towards open ocean. Data includes temperature, 3D velocities (u,v,w), density, surface elevation, and heat fluxes between 11-25 April 2015. Vertical resolution begins at ~7m near the surface and increases with depth.
