This data set contains data related to the manuscript "Flow re-entrainment in coastal reef systems".
The file "Modelled_exitrates.mat" contains the drifter exit rates <em>E<sub>1</sub></em> and <em>E<sub>2</sub></em> for the parameter space wave height <em>H<sub>m0</sub></em>, alongshore current <em>v<sub>along</sub></em>, channel spacing and bed friction <em>c<sub>f</sub></em> and time series of relative exit rate <em>E<sub> 2</sub></em> (max. 1)<em>. </em>For more details, please see related manuscript.
