Additional data for "G-Quadruplex structural motifs modulate protein-RNA interactions within the transcriptome". 

raw_counts_filtered.csv: Raw counts for RIP-seq experiment. Genes with less than 10 counts across all samples removed. Dataset used for all further analysis of IP (FR) vs Input (Inp), K+ (K) vs Li+ (L), Volcano plots, MA plots, Heatmaps, Karyoplots, etc. Replicate 1 = P5, Replicate 2 = P6, Replicate 3 = P9.

Additional_Source_Data.xlsx: Source data for RT-qPCR, Venn diagram, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis, Thermal Difference Spectra, Circular Dichroism, Thioflavin-T (ThT) and N-methyl mesoporphyrin IX (NMM) fluorescence.

RNA_pg4s_20.csv: G4-iM Grinder results of predicted G-quadruplexes (pG4s) across the human transcriptome (Ensembl release 109). Filtered for pG4s with a mimumum score of 20. Dataset used for all pG4-associated analysis.
